Welcome rose_mery, You'll have to report the stolen photos to Hi5: Click on the "Report Abuse" link that appears on every profile and photo. Choose "Other" and "The owner copied my photos or is impersonating…". Be sure to complete the entire form, and click the "Report Abuse" button to send the form to Hi5. Hi5 should take about a week to respond - as you can imagine, they get a lot of reports like this.
